Dan Saar

Meet Dan, EGC's Founding Partner who led the Community Operations Division. Dan being the longest running partner in EGC has worked along side Patrick, Dale and Thomas since 2004 in nearly every capacity and every community. His favorite platforms were split between PC where he played a significant amount of time in World of Warcraft and Xbox where he played alongside community members in the all-time favorite Halo racking up just shy of 4,000 games played! He is a family man with the biggest heart and was always there for every member of the community. Born in Florida and relocated to Connecticut during his childhood where after gaming with Patrick for 6 years online finally met in person at 19 years old. He moved back to Florida in his early 20's.

Dan unfortunately passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 16, 2022. He is survived by his mother and father Diane and Kurt Saar. Although Dan did not have any kids of his own, he did have one goddaughter Julianna and you can also say ALL of the kids in the community were his own. He is remembered by all members of the community and will never be forgotten.
